District Health Care Management, Inc. (DHCM) was formed in early 2020 and it was incorporated in Washington, DC by Michael C. Rogers, MPP, JD.  DHCM is an outgrowth of Mr. Rogers’ 30 years of healthcare policy, executive leadership, operations management, and healthcare program management expertise in the public and the private sectors for the largest healthcare insurer in the Washington, DC area, the largest hospital system in the Washington, DC and Baltimore region, and as the Executive Director for the Washington, DC Area Council of Governments, and the City Administrator for the Government of the District of Columbia.

DHCM is a District of Columbia certified CBE Healthcare Management Services company structured to provide an extensive suite of Healthcare Management and Managed Care Organization (MCO)/Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Program Management Services to public and private sector clients, including federal and local government healthcare agencies, MCO’s, HMO’s, large physician group practices, commercial health insurance carriers, hospitals, and allied healthcare entities. The services provided by DHCM are geared toward enhancing health care management, positive health outcomes, operational efficiency, program management, cost containment, quality controls and regulatory compliance.

DHCM also has a multi-faceted innovative program to address the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), and this program will provide significant capabilities to improve healthcare outcomes and to generate program cost savings for our Payors.
